An iconic development created adjacent to Royal Dornoch Golf Course; a venue continually rated as one of the world’s leading golf courses. A full design and build were carried out to a high-end specification. This involved extensive planning to agree on a development scheme, given the historical importance and location of the site.

The development was sold to international buyers as a mixture of private sale and holiday investment accommodation.
